Hello! I’m Qalina Najafova, an 18-year-old Computer Science enthusiast from the vibrant city of Baku, Azerbaijan. Currently, I’m pursuing my passion for technology and innovation at one of Baku’s most renowned universities (Khazar University).
My journey into the world of Computer Science began early on, fueled by a curiosity for how things work behind the screens. From tinkering with computers at home to coding my first “Hello, World!” program, each step has been a thrilling adventure. Now, as a university student, I’m diving deeper into algorithms, software development, and artificial intelligence, eager to explore the endless possibilities these fields offer.
Outside the classroom, I’m an advocate for women in STEM, volunteering my time to mentor young girls interested in science and technology. I believe in breaking stereotypes and empowering more females to take up space in the tech industry.
When I’m not coding or studying, you might find me exploring the rich cultural heritage of Baku, from its historic Old City to the modern architectural marvels. I’m also an avid reader, with a soft spot for science fiction, which stokes my imagination about the future of technology.
Looking ahead, I aspire to contribute to groundbreaking tech projects that can make a real difference in people’s lives, especially in areas like healthcare and education. Through my work, I hope to inspire more young individuals to pursue their dreams in STEM, no matter their background.
Thank you for visiting my page! Whether you’re a fellow tech enthusiast, a potential collaborator, or just curious about my journey, I’m excited to connect and share my experiences with you.
